I photograph people as one tells a story: seeking a presence, a tension, an emotion and that touch of mystery that makes an image unforgettable.

For more than twenty years, I have built my work around fashion, portrait, beauty and advertising photography, and artistic exploration. Paris is the base for my work, but I travel throughout France and internationally, working both in the studio and on location.

I have worked with models, artists, actors, designers, brands and private clients. Projects change, and so do faces, but my intention remains the same: to create elegant, personal photographs that go beyond appearances.

Fashion and portrait photography that is both powerful and sensitive

I like images that do not reveal everything at first glance. A restrained gesture, a direct gaze, a silhouette emerging from the shadows or a slightly blurred movement can tell more than a perfectly controlled pose.

My photographic world blends sophistication, sensuality and intensity. My favourite colours are deep black, midnight blue and poppy red. I also love the simplicity of black and white, grain, contrasts and the happy accidents that give an image its distinctive energy.

This sensibility informs both my fashion series and portraits and my personal work. I do not seek to apply the same formula to everyone: I prefer to understand what makes a subject or project unique, then build the image around that individuality.

More than twenty years of experience behind the camera

Fashion photography taught me precision: preparing the lighting, directing a team, choosing the frame, anticipating movement and maintaining visual consistency from the first location scout to the final retouch.

Portrait photography taught me something else, just as essential: taking time, observing and building trust. A successful session depends on more than equipment or technique. Above all, it rests on the relationship that develops in front of and behind the camera.

This dual approach allows me to work on an agency’s carefully planned campaign as well as with an artist who needs new images, a model developing a portfolio or someone who simply wishes to see themselves differently.

How I work: prepare, talk and leave room for the unexpected

Every project begins with a conversation. We discuss your intention, how the photographs will be used, the desired visual world, references, location, outfits and lighting. This preparation gives us a clear direction without locking the session into a rigid script.

During the shoot, I give precise guidance while leaving room for the unexpected. Some of the best portraits emerge between poses, when a gesture becomes more natural or an expression briefly escapes conscious control.

I want the session to remain a collaboration. My role is more than pressing the shutter: it is to look, listen, suggest and create the conditions in which a personality can truly emerge.

I also share my experience through workshops in fashion, lingerie and artistic nude photography. Teaching requires us to look at our own work more clearly: why this light, this direction, this distance from the model? It is another way to keep learning.
