Customers acknowledge having read them before payment or payment of a deposit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"jcl-cgv-backtotop\"><a href=\"#top-cgv\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section booking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participant:<\/strong> any person actually attending the workshop.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fixed-date workshop:<\/strong> a workshop set for a specific date or period.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workshop to be scheduled:<\/strong> a workshop whose date is subsequently agreed between the parties.<\/p>\n<p class=\"jcl-cgv-backtotop\"><a href=\"#top-cgv\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"article-5\" class=\"jcl-cgv-section\">\n<h2 class=\"jcl-cgv-section-title\">Article 5 \u2014 Description of services<\/h2>\n<p>The essential characteristics of each workshop (theme, duration, required level, participant numbers, location, content, recommended equipment and price) are specified on its presentation page, in the quotation or in pre-contractual exchanges.<\/p>\n<p>Photographs, visuals and examples published on the website are illustrative and do not form part of the contract.<\/p>\n<p class=\"jcl-cgv-backtotop\"><a href=\"#top-cgv\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"article-6\" class=\"jcl-cgv-section\">\n<h2 class=\"jcl-cgv-section-title\">Article 6 \u2014 Location<\/h2>\n<p>Workshops may take place in a studio, outdoors or at any other location communicated to the Customer before the service.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of logistical, weather, safety, authorisation or availability constraints affecting the original location, the professional may change the workshop location, provided this does not substantially alter the service.<\/p>\n<p class=\"jcl-cgv-backtotop\"><a href=\"#top-cgv\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"article-7\" class=\"jcl-cgv-section\">\n<h2 class=\"jcl-cgv-section-title\">Article 7 \u2014 Minimum and maximum participant numbers<\/h2>\n<p>Each workshop may be subject to a minimum and\/or maximum number of participants.<\/p>\n<p>If the minimum is not reached, the professional may maintain the session, offer a postponement or cancel it with a full refund of amounts paid.<\/p>\n<p class=\"jcl-cgv-backtotop\"><a href=\"#top-cgv\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"article-8\" class=\"jcl-cgv-section\">\n<h2 class=\"jcl-cgv-section-title\">Article 8 \u2014 Booking conditions<\/h2>\n<p>A booking becomes firm after the professional\u2019s express acceptance and receipt of full payment or the requested deposit.<\/p>\n<p>Where a deposit is paid, the balance must be settled no later than 20 days before the workshop, unless otherwise stated in the quotation or invoice.<\/p>\n<p>If payment is not made within the agreed period, the professional reserves the right to cancel the booking.<\/p>\n<p class=\"jcl-cgv-backtotop\"><a href=\"#top-cgv\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"article-9\" class=\"jcl-cgv-section\">\n<h2 class=\"jcl-cgv-section-title\">Article 9 \u2014 Prices<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are stated in euros, including all taxes, unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n<p>Unless expressly stated, transport, accommodation, meals, specific hire costs, makeup, hair styling, styling, models, site entrance fees and any other incidental expenses are not included.<\/p>\n<p class=\"jcl-cgv-backtotop\"><a href=\"#top-cgv\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"article-10\" class=\"jcl-cgv-section\">\n<h2 class=\"jcl-cgv-section-title\">Article 10 \u2014 Payment methods<\/h2>\n<p>Payment may be made by bank transfer, payment link, cash or any other method accepted by the professional.<\/p>\n<p>An invoice may be issued on request or where required by regulations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"jcl-cgv-backtotop\"><a href=\"#top-cgv\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"article-11\" class=\"jcl-cgv-section\">\n<h2 class=\"jcl-cgv-section-title\">Article 11 \u2014 Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"jcl-cgv-subtitle\">11.1 Workshops on a fixed date or during a fixed period<\/h3>\n<p>Under the applicable provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning leisure activities provided on a specific date or at specified intervals, Customers do not have a right of withdrawal for photographic workshops, courses or sessions booked for a specific date or period.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"jcl-cgv-subtitle\">11.2 Open workshops or workshops to be scheduled<\/h3>\n<p>If a workshop is not booked for a specific date or period and the contract is concluded remotely with a consumer, the consumer generally has fourteen (14) days from conclusion of the contract to exercise the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p>Customers may exercise this right by any unequivocal statement sent to the professional\u2019s email or postal address.<\/p>\n<p>If Customers expressly request that the service begin before the withdrawal period ends, they acknowledge that, if it is fully performed before the end of that period, they will no longer be able to exercise the right of withdrawal. If the service has begun but has not been fully performed, any amount due may be calculated in proportion to what has already been provided.<\/p>\n<p class=\"jcl-cgv-backtotop\"><a href=\"#top-cgv\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"article-12\" class=\"jcl-cgv-section\">\n<h2 class=\"jcl-cgv-section-title\">Article 12 \u2014 Cancellation or postponement by the Customer<\/h2>\n<p>Unless specific provisions are agreed in writing:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"jcl-cgv-list\">\n<li>cancellation more than 30 days before the service: refund of amounts paid, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred;<\/li>\n<li>cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the service: refund of 50% of amounts paid;<\/li>\n<li>cancellation less than 15 days before the service: no refund, unless the professional grants an exceptional commercial arrangement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Customers may request postponement. This is not automatic and remains subject to the professional\u2019s agreement, availability and any costs already incurred.<\/p>\n<p>Customers may also propose a replacement participant, subject to the professional\u2019s prior approval.<\/p>\n<p class=\"jcl-cgv-backtotop\"><a href=\"#top-cgv\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"article-13\" class=\"jcl-cgv-section\">\n<h2 class=\"jcl-cgv-section-title\">Article 13 \u2014 Cancellation or postponement by the professional<\/h2>\n<p>The professional reserves the right to cancel or postpone a service in the event of force majeure, illness, accident, unavailability of the instructor, contributor or model, weather conditions incompatible with the workshop, insufficient participant numbers or any circumstance reasonably preventing normal performance of the service.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the circumstances, Customers may be offered:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"jcl-cgv-list\">\n<li>postponement to a later date;<\/li>\n<li>a credit note;<\/li>\n<li>or a refund of amounts actually paid for the cancelled service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any refund cannot exceed the amounts received by the professional for the service concerned.<\/p>\n<p class=\"jcl-cgv-backtotop\"><a href=\"#top-cgv\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"article-14\" class=\"jcl-cgv-section\">\n<h2 class=\"jcl-cgv-section-title\">Article 14 \u2014 Technical requirements and equipment<\/h2>\n<p>Participants are responsible for having photographic equipment suitable for their booked workshop, unless the professional expressly states that equipment will be lent or provided.<\/p>\n<p>Participants remain solely responsible for their equipment and accessories, their transport, operation, insurance and supervision throughout the workshop.<\/p>\n<p class=\"jcl-cgv-backtotop\"><a href=\"#top-cgv\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"article-15\" class=\"jcl-cgv-section\">\n<h2 class=\"jcl-cgv-section-title\">Article 15 \u2014 Conduct, safety and exclusion<\/h2>\n<p>Participants undertake to behave respectfully towards the professional, other participants, models, contributors and locations used.<\/p>\n<p>Inappropriate, aggressive, disrespectful, discriminatory, harassing or dangerous behaviour, or behaviour undermining the dignity of a model or third party, may result in immediate exclusion from the workshop without a refund.<\/p>\n<p class=\"jcl-cgv-backtotop\"><a href=\"#top-cgv\">Back to contents<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"article-16\" class=\"jcl-cgv-section\">\n<h2 class=\"jcl-cgv-section-title\">Article 16 \u2014 Models, image rights and use of photographs<\/h2>\n<p>Where a workshop involves one or more models, Participants undertake to strictly follow the professional\u2019s instructions concerning photography, distribution and use of the images.<\/p>\n<p>Unless otherwise authorised in writing, photographs taken during the workshop are reserved for personal use, portfolios, personal communications or social media with appropriate credit.
